Welcome, and thanks for being here. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Nicole Poncia SLP LLC, doing business as The Child-Led SLP ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of childled.org, any sales pages we operate, The Child-Led Collective membership, our workshops and events, our digital products, our podcast, the annual Child-Led Autism Summit, and anything else we offer online (together, the "Services"). By visiting our site, opting in to our emails, purchasing a product, or joining a membership or event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. Read this carefully. We've tried to write it in clear language so you actually know what you're agreeing to.
1. Who Can Use the Services
To purchase anything or enter into an agreement with us, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you're using the Services on behalf of an organization (like a school or clinic), you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 2. What We Offer (and What We Don't) The Child-Led SLP provides educational content, professional development, coaching, and community for SLPs, OTs, educators, and other professionals who support autistic children. Our content is based on Nicole's twelve-plus years of clinical experience and current research in neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Important:
We're Not Providing Clinical, Medical, or Legal Advice Our products and services are educational. They are not clinical supervision, direct therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or a substitute for licensed professional judgment in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for applying what you learn within your own scope of practice, your employer's policies, and the laws and ethical guidelines of your profession and location. Nothing we provide creates a clinician-client relationship, a supervisor-supervisee relationship, or a provider-patient relationship between you, your clients, and us.
3. Your Account Terms and Conditions
When you buy a product or join a membership, you'll create an account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account with anyone else (seriously, this matters)
• Let us know right away if your account is used without your permission
Sharing login credentials, recordings, materials, or access with someone who hasn't paid is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.
4. Purchases and Payment
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. When you make a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the full amount plus any applicable taxes. Some offers are one-time payments. Others are recurring subscriptions, including The Child-Led Collective membership. When you sign up for a subscription, you agree that we will automatically charge your payment method at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly or annually) until you cancel. If a payment fails, we'll retry it. If it continues to fail, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is resolved.
5. Refund Policy
Please read this carefully before you purchase. By completing checkout, you agree to the refund terms that apply to your purchase.
The Child-Led Collective Membership The Collective is a recurring membership. You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside your account or by emailing hello@childled.org. When you cancel:
• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for
• You will not be charged again
• We do not refund past payments, including the most recent one, even if you haven't used the membership during that period
It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal date if you don't want to be charged again.
Digital Products and Workshops
All sales of digital products, workshops, trainings, downloads, and one-time educational offers are final. No refunds, no exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, The Rubric Reset, the Great Language Partner Workbook, guides, masterclasses, and any other digital download or live or recorded workshop. Because these are digital products delivered instantly (or close to it), once you've purchased and accessed the materials, the sale is complete.
Child-Led Autism Summit
All-Access Pass All All-Access Pass and summit ticket purchases are final. No refunds, no transfers, no exchanges. If the summit is rescheduled for reasons within our control, your pass will be honored for the new dates.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that falls under our no-refund terms, we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation of your agreement to these Terms, terminate your access to all Services immediately, and pursue any outstanding balance. Please email hello@childled.org before disputing a charge so we can help resolve the issue.

When you post in our membership community, leave a comment, send us a review, or share feedback, you keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the Services and our marketing (for example, testimonials, community highlights, case examples). We'll always respect requests to remove identifying details.
You agree not to post anything that:
• Is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or hateful

• Identifies a specific child, family, or colleague in a way that violates confidentiality or HIPAA
• Promotes your own paid offers or solicits our members without our permission
• Contains spam, viruses, or anything harmful
We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

• Treat other members, speakers, and our team with respect
• Keep what's shared in the community confidential
• Not share member names, stories, screenshots, or content outside the community
• Engage in good faith, even when you disagree
Behavior that is harassing, discriminatory, or ableist, including anti-autistic rhetoric, will result in removal without refund.
9. Third-Party Tools and Links
We use third-party services to deliver the Services (for example, ThriveCart for checkout, Leadpages for funnels, Membership.io for membership hosting, and Voxer for community chat). We also link to third-party resources and occasionally recommend tools or products. We're not responsible for the availability, terms, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Affiliate Relationships and Recommendations
Sometimes we recommend tools, books, or products we use and love. In some cases, we earn a small commission if you purchase through our links. This doesn't change the price you pay, and we only recommend things we genuinely believe in. Any affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable.
11. Disclaimers
We put real care into our Services. We want you to know what we can and can't promise. No guarantees of outcomes. Your results from applying our content depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, your setting, your clients, and your consistency. We don't guarantee specific clinical outcomes, business outcomes, or professional results. As-is basis. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Not a substitute for licensed advice. Our content does not replace advice from your own licensed supervisor, attorney, accountant, doctor, or other professional in your jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicole Poncia SLP LLC, Nicole Casey, and any of our team members, contractors, or affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nicole Poncia SLP LLC, Nicole Casey, and our team from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
• Any content you post or share
• Your professional use of our content with your own clients, students, or teams
14. Termination
You can stop using the Services and cancel any subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse our content, harm our community, or if we decide to stop offering a particular Service. If we terminate your access because you violated these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at hello@childled.org and try to resolve the issue informally. We'll do the same. If we can't resolve it within 60 days, then:
• Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania
• You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts
• Both you and we waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action
This section does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in an appropriate court.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the Effective Date at the top. If the changes are material, we'll let you know by email or a notice on the site. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms for a particular product or event, are the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
No waiver: If we don't enforce a right or provision, we haven't given it up.
Assignment: You can't transfer or assign these Terms without our written permission.
We can assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.
Force majeure: We're not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, like natural disasters, technical outages, or acts of government.
